How Ashford Community Care can help you...

Supporting independence through flexible, personalised home care services

We provide quality, personalised help at home care designed to enable our clients to remain as independent as possible within their own home, safely, comfortably, and with dignity.

Our aim is to help you live life to the full.

How often can I receive home care services?

Your service is flexible and can adapt to your needs, from the occasional hour, regular daily visits, to weekly visits.

We’re here to provide support based on your specific needs and wishes. We understand that often, needs may change. We will also provide emergency cover and respite care for family carers as and where practically possible.

What kind of home care services do you provide?

Your community support worker can help and support you in many ways, providing assistance, reassurance and encouragement.

They are there to help with the challenges of everyday life such as practical support with light domestic duties, shopping and cleaning, but will also provide companionship and friendship.

Person centred home care

We take a person centred approach to our home care services. By listening to and understanding the needs of our clients, we are able to offer a personalised, reliable and high quality service that provides peace of mind and reassurance to our clients, and their families.

We believe that a person centred approach to home care is fundamental to ensuring that our clients receive the best and most appropriate support, matching needs and aspirations.

By continually listening to our clients, we learn about what is important to them. We create care and support plans to best reflect what is required, and what works best for each client as a unique individual. We also involve and listen to friends, family and other health professionals as needed to ensure a holistic approach.

Ensuring that you always remain at the heart of what we do, we offer:

  1. Flexibility, choice and control
  2. Supporting your personal wishes for now and for the future
  3. Services designed around you; ensuring you receive the support you want, when you most need it
